Hosted and organized by the Colavita Southwest Cycling Team, The Durango Century is a loop ride from Durango, Colorado to Farmington, New Mexico and back. Riders can chose between 50 mile one-way to Farmington, and 100 mile loop ride, which are on a mix of small country roads and county highways with short, gradual hills in one of the most majestic areas of the Southwest. Loop route from San Juan Mtns, Durango, CO. to Mesas of Farmington, NM. return near LaPlata Mtns.

RIDE OPTIONS:

100-mile loop or 50-mile one-way, which ends in Farmington. Rider must plan his or her own ride back or pay for shuttle at registration.
- Start and finish at Santa Rita (Gateway) Park, Durango, Colorado.

- 50 mile ends in Farmington.
- 2015 results will be posted via honor system write in and posted later online.

VERTICAL PROFILE:

100 miles, 4091' cumulative vertical gain

SUPPORT:

There will be food and water stations and multiple sag support vehicles. This event is fully permitted and insured in CO and NM. Fees are for insurance, food and water stations, portable toilets, and cost recovery. Proceeds go to the Colavita SW Cycling team racing and advocacy fund. We expect 200+ riders in 2015.

Gazpacho

Free hot catered lunch will be provided by Gazpacho and served after the ride at Santa Rita Park. Fun Prizes to be given out at random. See Ride Info page for more info.
